Early Day provides a comfortable transition into the school day for nursery- through eighth-grade students at Earl Shapiro Hall and the Historic Campus. Children will have an opportunity to begin their day with quiet activities like arts and crafts, reading or being read to, and puzzling, or by getting in some physical activity to help prepare them for concentrating during their school day.
The program begins at 7:30 a.m. Children can be dropped off at the designated entrance until 8 a.m. and an Early Day staff member will escort them to the Early Day classroom. If your child arrives after 8 a.m., they will need to wait until the daytime doors open. Students will be escorted to their classrooms on time. You must pre-register for Early Day.
Drop-in services are not available.

There is one dismissal time (5:15–5:30 p.m.), however, parents are allowed in the building before the dismissal time to pick up their child early. You must pre-register for Late Day.
To accommodate families who do not require Late Day everyday, single-day registration is available for each term. Families must pre-determine the day(s) they select, and are unable to make weekly changes to the single-day registration.
Drop-in services are not available.
