Kitchen Chemistry: Desserts

For children entering grades 7–8    
If your sweet tooth is calling then this is the class for you. In the Kitchen Chemistry: Desserts class you will learn how to make a variety of sweet treats daily. We will be covering topics in chemistry via chemical reactions in the kitchen. Join us and learn the correct methods for measuring dry and wet ingredients and how to combine them.

Baking and cooking classes will incur an additional materials fee per session.
