For children entering grades 6–8
Join us for two fun and flour-filled weeks of baking. Students will learn to knead dough for bread, shape loaves, make cinnamon rolls, and bake quiche. Students will try their hand at decorating a mini layer cake with a pastry tube, and experiment with fondant. Students will also learn the how and why of ingredients to understand the basics of baking.
Baking and cooking classes will incur an additional materials fee per session.
