For children entering grades 3–5

Join us on a fantastical, imaginary voyage around the globe to discover and document magical wonders of the natural world. In this class, we will play Dungeons and Dragons (D&D 5e) but with a focus on nature and ecological exploration. While playing Dungeons and Dragons, your young adventurer will learn teamwork, creative problem solving, storytelling, and math, as well as real-world examples from nature, biology, geography, and history.

In this “Advanced” class, we focus more on the rules of D&D while still exploring ecology. We recommend the Advanced class if your child is already familiar with the rules of D&D and wants a more challenging experience. Your hero will encounter more complex puzzles, strategic monsters, creative roleplay, and involved science lessons than in the Intermediate/Beginner class.
