For children entering grades 3–5

Photography is a method of image-making with a rich history and a wide range of tools used to capture fleeting moments. As advances in technology continue to change how we do things, iPads provide a wealth of possibilities when we use them to take pictures. iPad Photography is a photo class where every step of the process is done on the tablet, from initially taking the picture, to basic editing or even dramatically manipulating the image, to saving and organizing the work produced. Your young photographer will learn how to take an in-focus, properly exposed photograph; explore themes and concepts like composition and story-telling; and use editing apps to refine their images and create unique works of art.
