For children entering grade 6

This class is designed to teach your child the key executive-functioning strategies and study skills needed for success in school and daily life—how to keep their materials organized, how to manage their time, and how to properly study for tests and exams. We’ll also cover how to be adaptable and flexible with their thinking, how to set realistic goals, and how to self-monitor to make sure they are on track to achieve those goals. We will use an evidence-based executive-functioning curriculum designed specifically for pre-teens and teens, as well as interactive activities and games, to develop your child’s executive functioning and study skills.
