The University of Chicago Laboratory Schools

Richard Nayer, '76, was an IHSA All-State track runner finishing 4th place in the mile race at the 1976 IHSA State Track Meet; he was also a four time ISL Champion in the mile. Rich went on to run cross-country and track at the University of Wisconsin, earning three varsity letters for the Badgers. Rich has remained active in coaching and officiating track and field at the University of Chicago Track Club and the Chicago Track Club in Hyde Park.
