The University of Chicago Laboratory Schools

Jason has served as a member of the Laboratory Schools Board since 2015, and was named Chair of the Lab Board, effective July 1, 2021. In his role as Chair of the Board’s Planning and Operations Committee, he has helped guide financial decisions at Lab. Jason has worked to keep diversity at the forefront of the Board’s decision making, demonstrating a commitment to equity and inclusion for all Lab students. In 2020–21, he also co-chaired the search committee for Lab’s new director. Jason and his wife Yolanda are the proud parents of a Lab alumnus and a current student.
