Be our guest and see Lab in person, we'd love to show you around our state-of-the art early childhood education facility. Earl Shapiro Hall is home to the youngest University of Chicago scholars. It opened its doors in 2013. Its soaring, light-filled 130,000 square-foot structure was designed with the ethos of early childhood education in mind and is an exercise in using open floor plans to open minds. You'll have a chance to meet Lab's early childhood administrators, educators, and students.
We look forward to meeting you!
Be our guest and see Lab in person, we'd love to show you around our historic campus-covering two city blocks, it is home to Lab's Lower School, Middle School, and High School (Grades 3-12). For nearly 130 years, students of all ages have been walking these halls. The historic campus includes several buildings, an outdoor classroom, garden spaces, playgrounds, and athletic campus (and 13 wet labs, three amazing theaters plus an auditorium, dedicated space for the arts, a recording studio, and a newsroom of award-winning student journalists, and so much more!). You'll have a chance to meet Lab administrators, educators, and students.
We look forward to seeing you!
