Apply through the Finalsite Enrollment application portal, Lab’s online admissions platform as soon as possible but by no later than November 8, 2024. The submission of the online application is step one in completing the admissions process.

Out of town applicants may complete the application process remotely.

We strongly encourage all applicants to apply as early as possible. Tours, presentations, parent meetings, student visit days and assessments will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Lab does not guarantee additional slots if those offered fill up.

• Submit the online application form.
• Pay the $85 application fee or request a fee waiver.
• Submit parent essays.
• Upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.
• Upload your child’s previous academic year progress report/grades (if applicable).
• Request recommendations via the Finalsite Enrollment application portal.

Information Session

All applicants must attend an information session, even if they have attended in the past. 
Sessions held via Zoom or in person. Information about tours and information sessions can be found here.
 

Entrance exam

• Students must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) by January 11, 2025. 
• Register for your test date as soon as possible. Slots fill quickly.

Student interview (via zoom)

• Applicants meet with a member of the high school admissions committee.
• To secure your child’s interview, apply as soon as possible but no later than November 8 through the Finalsite Enrollment application portal.

Apply for Lab-funded financial aid through FACTS Grant & Aid.

• Submit the FACTS application. Deadline is December 2, 2024.
• Pay the $40 application fee directly to FACTS.
• Submit all required 2023 tax documentation directly to FACTS. Deadline is December 2, 2024.
• Submit all required 2024 tax documentation directly to FACTS. Deadline is April 15, 2025.
