Apply through the Finalsite Enrollment application portal, Lab’s online admissions platform as soon as possible. The submission of the online application is step one in completing the admissions process.

Out of town applicants may complete the application process remotely.

We strongly encourage all applicants to apply as early as possible. Tours, presentations, parent meetings, student visit days and assessments will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Lab does not guarantee additional slots if those offered fill up.

• Upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.
• Upload your child’s previous academic year progress report/grades (if applicable).
• Request recommendations via the Finalsite Enrollment application portal.

Tour

Information Session

All applicants must attend an information session, even if they have attended in the past. Sessions held via Zoom or in person. Information about tours and information sessions can be found here.
 

• Parent meetings are required only for nursery 3 applicants. Optional parent meetings will be offered to applicants at other grades in April-May after the admissions process is complete. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individual parent meetings at other grades. 
• Meeting is for parents only. Do not bring children.
• Waived for current Lab families.

Sign up for your child’s playgroup assessment via your admissions checklist in the Finalsite Enrollment application portal.

• Playgroup assessment dates will begin in November. 
• Please carefully review instructions prior to arriving at Lab for your child’s playgroup assessment. 

Apply for Lab-funded financial aid through FACTS Grant & Aid.

• Submit the FACTS application. Deadline is December 1, 2025.
• Pay the $40 application fee directly to FACTS.
• Submit all required 2024 tax documentation directly to FACTS. Deadline is December 1, 2025.
• Submit all required 2025 tax documentation directly to FACTS. Deadline is April 15, 2026.
