Summer Lab

  • Summer Lab Invites New Students to Earl Shapiro Hall

    Posted April 18, 2014

Summer Lab 2014 would love to welcome the newest and youngest "..youngest members of the University of Chicago's academic community." Moms and Dads of incoming N's are heartily encouraged to take a look at the Nursery School classes offered at Earl Shapiro Hall as a continuing part-and-parcel of the Summer Lab experience. Historically speaking, many families have chosen this opportunity for their little people to come aboard for a preview and early test-drive of what will be their new home away from home come September. Come to real Lab classrooms with real Lab teachers! Check out the premises as an excellent fun place to be, to meet new friends, to experience some time away from Mommy and Daddy, maybe their first such time. "Morning" and "Full Day" options exist, for six weeks or three weeks, and can even go longer into the afternoon by way of Sports Camps offered between 3 and 5:30 pm. Summer Lab 2014 invites one and all, Lab students and non-Lab students, so cousins and neighbors from our pre- pre- school can join in, as well. We look forward to seeing you. Questions are welcome at 773-834-7766; more information on-line at
