Dream Journal Entries

9/15/97
I am in the car with my dad in my brother. We are on Lake Shore Drive going north. As we're going along,I see one of my brothers friends walking beside the road. We pull over and ask if he wants a ride. He accepts, so we load his bike in the car. Then, out of nowhere, about two of my dad's residents from the hospital show up. we talk for a few minutes, and then one by one, including my father, they jump in their cars and drive away without me.

I am living in this house boat in the middle of some huge ocean. I decide to go for a swim. I walk down a few stairs and get into the water. I am just lying on my back with my eyes closed. I drift into another state of mind, not thinking I am in the ocean.
After about twenty minutes I open my eyes and realize how far away I am from the boat. As I flip over to swim back, I realize somehting is going through my fingers. It is a whales fin! I keep swimming and see various fins that keep popping up out of the surface. When I finally reach the houseboat. All that is left of my house is the frame. No walls, or ceiling, or furniture.

I am in phototechnology and our teacher is a young woman with curly, blond hair. We are on the computer altering our photos. It is time for lunch, so I grab my lunch and go downstairs downstairs to the cafe. They are playing some kind of quiz show down there and they ask for five volunteers. I raise my hand and they pick me. I am asked who the second president is and I answer Thomas Jefferson. Then they ask me why he was impeached. I don't know, and they tell me he had a big mouth.
