Before to the past, Now to the futureBack to the Future, IIReviewed by Shun Fujimura Marty McFly has travelled to the future and is pretending to be his son Marty Jr. He is being chased by a gang led by Biff Tannen's son Griff (Thomas F. Wilson) . While Marty borrows a hover board (it's a skate board that floats) from a little girl. He tries to escape, just like in the first Back to the Future movie, but when he goes over a pond, the hover board doesn't work on water--so he gets stuck. Since the hover board was from a little girl, it didn't have a rocket booster . Griff takes out his own hover board that has a rocket booster, so he can ride on water. His gang waterskis behind to the board and starts towards Marty. He jumps into the water. Griff misses him and crashes into the town hall and gets arrested. Marty swims back to shore with his hover board. When he is on land, he pushes a button and his jacket dries out. He tries to give the hover board back to the little girl, but she says she doesn't want it--because she got a better hover board, Griff's! Back to the Future II is an very exciting movie. You really have to pay attention to what they do because you won't get what happened. The director of this movie is Robert Zemeckis and he also directed Back to the Future Part I. He also directed Forrest Gump. Back to the Future II was made in 1989. The studio where it was made in was MCA Universal Pictures. The main actor is Michael J. Fox who again plays Marty McFly, but also Marty Jr., and Marlene McFly. Christopher Lloyd is again Doctor Emmett Brown. Lea Thompson is Marty's mother Lorraine, Elisabeth Shue is his girl friend Jennifer, and Thomas F. Wilson is Biff Tannen/Biff. In the beginning of the movie it shows a little of the ending of Back to the Future. Then Doc comes back from the future with future clothes, and he takes Marty and Jennifer to the future. They have to go into the future to save Marty Jr., since he'll go into jail and all of Marty's family will fall apart. That's what Marty and Doc are going to fix, but then A LOT of problems get in the way. In 2015, Old Biff hears about the Doc and his time machine. Marty buys a sports almanac with results of every event at the end of the century. So Biff takes the time back to 1955 where he meets his younger self and hands him the almanac. When Marty goes back to 1985, it is all changed , because of the almanac. Biff won became a millionaire by gaambling since he knew who would win. So Marty and Doc have to go back to 1955 and get the book from young Biff. This movie was really cool because it showed the future. All of the things were futuristic . The hover board was really cool, because it was like a skateboard, but it floats in the air. I would really want to have that. I really recommend this movie. It is funny and sometimes serious. It is a good movie for both kids and adults. I liked the movie because I liked the way it showed the future. It really seemed to be a dream, because everything is just amazing.
