    Back to the Future
    reviewed by Peter Dishno

A kid named Marty McFly (Micheal J. Fox) gets a mysterious phone call which wakes him up in the middle of the night. The call is from Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd), an insane scientist. The Doc asks Marty to meet him in a mall parking lot at one A.M. When Marty gets there, Doc has this very weird looking car --and he tells Marty that he has made a time machine.

Back to the Future is about time travel, which is portrayed very well by writers Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale. The movie was directed by Zemeckis and produced by the great Steven Spielberg. There are many comedy actors in the movie such as Crispin Glover, Lea Thompson and Thomas F. Wilson.

The main plot of the movie involves a scientist named Doc Brown, who builds a time machine out of a car and sends a high school student named Marty McFly into the past! In the past Marty confronts his dad, George McFly and actually prevents him from meeting his mom, Lorraine Baines. So Marty tries to get them together.

One thing that I really liked about this movie is how it brought other movies into it. In one scene, Marty tries to scare George into asking Lorraine for a date. He dresses up in a yellow space suit, wakes George up in the middle of the night, and says that he is Darth Vader from the planet Vulcan. If George doesn't ask Lorraine out, Darth Vader will come back to melt his brains.

One thing in movie that really stunk was the music. Even for 1985 that is old music. I think that is the worst part of the movie.

I would recommend this movie to anyone who has seen lots of movies. In my opinion this a great movie.
