A perfect world would be a world filled with high spirits. Nobody
would want to harm others. People would not want to cause infliction on
anybody else. If anything, people would want to try to assist others. Basically,
everybody would be happy with what they have. It wouldn't be boring, with
only joyous moods, but it would also be satisfying. People would strive happily
to improve upon themselves.
