MAUDE'S ISLAND

I bought a boat. It was a nice one. I was not very good at driving it. I started to go all over the place. I stopped to eat lunch. I went up on the deck and found some things that the sales man did not show me. There was a secret storage place. I opened it and found a spyglass and a fist aid kit. I looked through the spyglass and found an island.

I ran back down stairs, I headed my boat straight until I saw the island. When I found the island, I turned right and went all the way around it until I saw the island. When I found the island I turned right and went all the way around it to make sure nobody was on it or owned it.

Nobody owned it so I parked my boat. When I parked my boat, I saw a lake shaped like a foot and a river running through it. There was a bunch of fruit trees. I got a map and found the latitude and longitude. It was 175 N and 75 W. I went back to the town and rented a plane and flew over it.

There was a geyser, a waterfall, and three mountains. I went back to town and bought the island. At the island I had some people build a house. When people heard about MAUDE ISLAND, they all wanted to go to it. I don't know why, but maybe because of the waterfall that pours 15 tons of clean water a day. Maybe it's because the geyser shoots up 4 stories high 4 times a day. Or because of all the fruit trees. The fruits are really juicy. Or maybe it's the great view from the peninsula. Or maybe its because of the red snails that stay in the river and the lake. Or maybe its because of the mountains that are 15 stories high.

I know one thing I need is a sign that says, "Private Property. "
