Encourage your Middle Schooler’s volunteerism: ask him/her to run a shift at the carnival this Saturday. Students can help in one-hour shifts from 11a.m. to 5 p.m. at the cafe, international booths, or carnival games. Click this link for volunteer times that are still open and please sign up today!
Choral concert on Tuesday, May 21, grades 8–12, 7:30 p.m., Mandel Hall.
We need up to six parent volunteers to help the PA foster school spirit. Please give a little time to help set up concessions, sell snacks, and give away “We're #1!” foam fingers at the seventh and eighth grade girls soccer games on the Midway when we take on Francis Parker.
Continue the good work of the eighth graders who helped cook and serve meals at the Living Room Café. You and your Middle Schooler (ages 12+) can volunteer to help provide breakfast for those struggling with homelessness and poverty. Sign up for June 14, 16, 23, 28, 29 or 30. Learn more about this wonderful organization. Sign up for any of the breakfast dates. Contact Laura Van Peenan with questions.
