Rob Koontz

Rob is the Manager of Information Systems. He is responsible for managing the Help Desk operations, working with faculty members on the technological side of curricular initiatives, and evaluating new technologies. He is also the administrator for the PowerSchool server. Routine requests for help should be directed to the Help Desk or by calling 702-1852, not to Rob directly.
Rob is the direct supervisor for the Systems Administrator, World Language Technical Coordinator, Assistant Manager of Information Systems and the 5 - 6 Help Desk Support Associates.
It was 1986 when Rob purchased his first Apple Macintosh while attending Purdue University. It was used to assist him with his Technical Graphics and Illustration degree. He has been using and supporting Apple Macintosh computers and related technologies ever since.
When Rob is not at work, he enjoys designing and building custom woodworking furniture and projects. He is very fond of building and launching model rockets with his two children. Rob and his wife also spend a lot of time at the ball park watching the kids play little league baseball and softball.
