Brooks Baker

Brooks C. Baker serves as the Assistant Manager of Information Systems. His duties will include assisting Rob Koontz with the daily activities in the IS department. He will be managing the Help Desk operations, special projects such as the Apple migration to Leopard and other technologies.
He has over eighteen years of IT experience at Allstate Insurance Company, seven of which include management within the IT arena. His years of experience, areas of expertise and overall responsibilities can be best described in these leadership and technical positions supporting Oracle databases, Network Operations (NOC) & Data Center Infrastructure.
Brooks is a graduate from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, with a B.S. degree in Computer Science. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. His extra curricular activities include traveling, golfing, watching movies & attending the many activities of his two daughters with his wife.
