Connections 2006—Saturday, February 25 Chairs Susan O'Connor Davis and Allison Davis, '56 Connections was spectacular! More than just a fund-raiser, Connections brought parents, faculty, staff, and friends together at a great party to celebrate while supporting our school at the same time. Held in the Winter Garden of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business on Saturday, February 25, Connections 06 raised over a quarter of a million dollars for the creation of a new digital language lab at the Schools. The new lab will give All Lab students access to the cutting edge of educational technology to better prepare for their roles in the ever-expanding global marketplace. At Lab, foreign language instruction begins in the third grade and continues throughout students' educational experience. This new lab will benefit our children and impact tomorrow's society in higher education, in business, in government.
