Spring Quarter registration will open on Monday, February 25 at 9 a.m. While some changes or additions may be made before then, the majority of the offering is now posted. General Information
Lab After School provides Lab students a relaxed and safe environment in which they can learn, socialize, and have fun before and after school. Many options are offered for Nursery and Kindergarten, Lower, and Middle School students to engage in interesting and enriching activities. General Registration Information
Your PowerSchool account must be set up for you to register your
children in Lab After School. This set-up is in addition to the process
undertaken last spring to see grades and the "Back to Lab" information
you have been gathering. For instructions on this set-up, please click here.
Registration for Lab After School takes place on a quarterly basis. Daily Program registrations do not carry over from quarter to quarter. Quarterly offering updates are posted a week to two weeks prior to the registration dates. Please see the schedule below for registration dates for the 2012-2013 school year:
Fall Quarter Registration:
Monday, August 27 at 9 a.m. - Friday, August 31 at 5 p.m.
Winter Quarter Registration:
Monday, December 3 at 9 a.m. - Friday, December 7 at 5 p.m.
Spring Quarter Registration:
Monday, February 25 at 9 a.m. - Friday, March 1 at 5 p.m.
Registration for Lab After School programs reflects agreement to pay the corresponding fees using the Schools' new on-line payment system. Please plan carefully as cancellation and refund procedures are limited.
Calendar
Lab After School follows a quarterly calendar — Fall, Winter, and Spring — each coinciding with school breaks. Separate registrations are required for each quarter; these occur two to three weeks prior to each quarter.
Special classes run on a 10-week cycle. Their start is delayed for four weeks in Fall quarter, but they start immediately upon students' return for Winter and Spring Quarters. Opening and closing dates for Special Classes are as follow:

Attendance & Dismissal
Timely notice regarding changes in attendance or dismissal is essential to safety and comfort of students enrolled in Lab After School. Please be sure to notify the Lab After School office if your child will not be attending his or her regularly scheduled class, as much effort and concern is expended to locate children who are absent without such notice. Similarly, late pick-up at dismissal time creates a safety and comfort hazard for children and program alike. Please be on time for the scheduled dismissal of your child; a fee schedule and protocol for late pick-up is available for viewing here.
