Message from the Middle School PrincipalThe end of the first semester is rapidly approaching and first semester narrative reports will be mailed home on February 1. In conjunction with the end of this semester, on Friday, February 8, conference day is scheduled for you, your child, and your child’s advisor. For students in grades seven and eight, your child’s advisor will be in touch with you about scheduling a meeting time. Leading up to conference day, advisors will work with students to prepare them for the conference. Students will confer and plan with their advisors and be prepared to discuss their performance, including strengths and areas in need of improvement. Additionally, students will present their strategies for addressing areas that need to be improved. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to be in contact, and I look forward to seeing you on conference day. 5th Grade 6th Grade 7th Grade 8th Grade Prior to conference day, students will meet with U-High Principal Matthew Horvat to review the U-High Program of Studies booklet and the course registration form.
